Barbara and Dalton have spent many years coming to Southern Utah. We would always try to bring our grand- children or children with us to the area, as they enjoy the Cedar City area as much as we do. We like best the Cedar City, New Harmony, Parowan, Brian Head, Duck Creek, Panguitch Lake, and Beaver areas of Southern Utah. Enjoying the scenery, the clean, clear air and the cool summer nights. Wonderful forests, fishing, hunting, ATV trails, mountain bike trails, camping  facilities, the colorful, spectacular Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park and the superior ski resort at Brian Head are found here. Whether it is taking in a Shakespearean Festival play, enjoying an outdoor festival, attending a Southern Utah University class, renting a Duck Creek cabin or simply hanging out and experiencing Cedar City’s unique culture, it is the people that make Cedar City special. This is a great place to work, live, play and call home. Barbara and Dalton appreciate all of what the Cedar City area has to offer so much that they decided to move here after retiring a number of years ago from Las Vegas.
When we decided to retire and move here, we knew that Patricia McKittrick was a long time realtor with the Coldwell Banker Advantage office in Cedar City. She is the sister of a friend and co-worker of Dalton's from Las Vegas. Following that friend's advice we met with Patricia and found her to be a very pleasant and knowledgeable person to work with. And, she provided us with the knowledge and advice of an expert in real estate. She was very patient with us (we just looked at about 40 homes before Barbara decided on the one we now live in). After the exhausting search, the actual home purchase was a breeze, no glitches, no hic-cups, no problems. After getting settled in about 6 months passed and Dalton got bored. He talked to Patricia regarding what it took to become a realtor and following her advice both Barbara and Dalton began thier "retirement" by becoming real estate agents.
Patricia McKittrick moved to the Cedar City area some 23 years ago. She is the  mother of 4 great children. She loves the outdoors and spends much of the winter as a certified ski instructor at Brian Head Ski Resort. She enjoys horses, camping and well, just about everything that an outdoors type person enjoys. What all three of us enjoy is every aspect of the real estate profession.
